RESENT FACILITIES: There is presently no equipment being used for cooling or ventilation other ban dust control systems and fans. Willow operators are required to wear company furnished cover- 11s for dust control. These suits, coupled with the lack of conditioned air and humidity, make bis area's working conditions too hot and humid for the operators. As a result, employees are ->t staying on this job.
