The amounts billed for "Industry Development" are the actual amount for these purposes based on 1965 sales of pig lead in the United States, figures for which have already been filed with us. The membership subscription reflects an increase of 15 per cent to be used for the Special Health & Safety Public Relations Program approved by the Board of Directors. These figures will be adjusted at a later date when your 1965 tonnages for lead mined, smelted and refined, and consumed in manufacture are made available to us. Minimum subscriptions of $200 for regular members and $1,000 for foreign producers are also subject to the 15 per cent special subscription.
