Dear Dr. Gaffey:
Enclosed are the pink and yellow forms for our Monochem plant at Geismar, La. This plant is co-owned by Borden and Unlroyal and is part of a very large chemical complex, having in addition to the Monochem plant, separate plants wholly owned by both companies.
A copy of the personnel list for Geismar is enclosed. It does not include a couple of laboratory people who should be included in the study.
Because we are still in the midst of labor negotiations with URW, we would like for you to delay contact with Painesvllle until the new contract is signed. Please call or write me when you are ready to con tact the Painesvllle plant and I will advise.
