In writing, that they will provide the insurance coverage under the law for the above potential Workmens' Compensation claim. Mr. Blitz, of Royal Indemnity Company, called to advise that he did not think that there would be any grounds for a claim. Royal Indemnity will notify their San Francisco, California office about the potential claim. A request for confirmation, In writing, will be made from that location by the Chicago office of Royal Indemnity.
