Act which deals with the prevention of Sot prevention Sampling and Anslysis of Fume On the 11th and 12th July two samples of fume crested by the detonation of explosives in a development end were taken The explosives A.N. Golignite 60 and Semigel were in a new wrapper chocolate brown in colour with whitish stripes on each end and the neme in white printed in the centre section The explosive materie was white the red magents cobiring being absent This testing was carried out as a follow up to the similer tests m^,deduring Jenusry February - March and November of 1956 and reported in the Annual Report for that year It was believed that this new coloured ex- plosive and new wrapping had been produced as a result of the work portion done in November when of the outer costing of of the wrepping about 50 and 70-80 wax was removed It was leter ascertained that the explosive in the new wrapper etc. was not produced followir this result but is the standard wrapping used in the Eastern States States The result of the snelysis of the two asmples resulted A ree Renu Eee ee Explosive co CO | Ratio CO 50 A.N.
