The "commissioner" referenced in the Bill is the Commissioner of Environmental Protection, Mr. Joseph N. Gill (203)566-2110. 5. Can you please arrange registration? 6. In the meantime, I have instructed COP to accept no new orders for Connecticut until we have registered. Further, they should not ship any orders on books after July 1, 1976, until we can issue specific instructions for compliance with the new law. 7.
