Employee working at the UPL #2 inspection station, Darvin Holder, was exposed to an asbestos level exceeding 0.2 f/cc. Engineering and work practice controls should be applied to this area to lower the airborne asbestos concentrations. In the meantime, employees working in this area are highly encouraged to wear their respirators. . The recent noise measurements, again, showed that most employees were exposed to noise levels exceeding the Action. Level of 85 dBA measured on an 8-hour TWA.
