John Carson, at BSD, and George Martin, of Mill Products, hare recommended that the attacbod booklet on asbestos be distributed to our employees as an educational pamphlet. As you knov, asbestos has been of such concern to us, and I hare tried to treat this issue in a eery low key manner and have dealt with specific problems as they have arisen at individual plants. I do not feel that any real purpose would be served by dissemination of this pamphlet. As you may be aware, we are working very actively at replacing asbestoscontaining products throughout the entire cowpany, and our present problems primarily deal with disposal and demolition of material already in place.
