Thanks Chad for responding! I am including PCA's SVP of Government Affairs as well. We would like to brief you and your staff on the Portland Cement NESHAP RTR Reconsideration and other issues within the jurisdiction of the Air & Radiation and OLEM Offices where we can partner with the Administration. We would love the opportunity to meet with you and are willing to come to you at EPA HQ. How does your schedule look the next few weeks? One of our cement industry member leaders, who lives in Allentown, PA, would be interested in attending and can provide further context on industry impacts on particular issues. Please let me know and we look forward to having the conversation. Best, Louis Louis A. Mr. McIntosh: I hope you are doing well. I wanted to follow up on my note from a few weeks ago. With Administrator Zeldin confirmed, I was hoping that EPA political staff would start taking meetings with outside stakeholders. We would love to meet with you on your staff to discuss cement industry priorities and how we can partner with EPA on President Trump's environment, economic, and infrastructure priorities. Please let me know if there is an opportunity to meet with you soon. Thanks. Best, Louis Louis A. My name is Louis Baer and I am the Senior Director & Counsel, Government Affairs for the Portland Cement Association, which represents U.S. cement manufacturers. We work closely with EPA Smart Sectors Staff in the Office of Policy on advancing our regulatory advocacy priorities within the agency. I am reaching out because I would like to request a meeting with you and political staff at EPA and it was suggested to me that I reach out to you directly. We would like to meet with you and other political staff in EPA to discuss our advocacy and deregulatory priorities for the cement industry and how we can partner with EPA on President Trump's priorities. We have member leaders in town the first week of February so we would love the opportunity to meet with you and your staff then if you are available. Please feel free to reply or call me at either my cell or office below. I tried calling the EPA line to reach you but the switchboard was unable to direct me to your line. Thank you very much and I look forward to hearing from you. Best, Louis Sierra Club FOIA Request: 2025-EPA-04193 ED_018475D_00003509-00002 SC_FOIA_0000202 Louis A.
