My reaction is that it covers the subject very well and offers sound justification for raising the maximum level of all lead alkyls to that of TEL* i.e. 4.23 grams of lead metal per gallon of motor gasoline. ., There are no criticisms or suggestions for me to make* except for the addition of dates to the periods covered.
