Dear Mr. Candies: I am writing to inform you that the Enforcement Compliance and Assurance Division of Region 6, United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") inspection of Port Fourchon on April 18, 2024, included a visit to your facility at 570 A O Rappelet Road evaluating the potential for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA") violations. Based on the April 2024 inspections EPA has determined no further action is required. As part of the inspection process your facility was issued an EPA identification number, referred to as an EPA ID#. That number is LAR000102558. This number was assigned as a way to document the inspection and no future action determination.
