Including the cars we shipped during March and April, this will make a total of 12 cars that Tenneco has shipped for Ethyl to Diamond Shamrock. As we discussed, if Tenneco encounters shipping problems with their own suppliers, we might be forced to curtail shipments during May. Per our agreement. Ethyl will return the approximate 2.OHM lbs of VCM to Tenneco during the period July through December 1971, 'the shipping date to be mutually agreed upon by Tenneco and Ethyl. We anticipate that we would want to ship the monomer from your Baton Rouge plant during August and September 1971. Any imbalance less than one car load will be settled at 4.5c/lb., less 5% discount.
