These asbestos fibres are so mixed that just before they ve pneumatically applied to the surface to be insuloted, these fibres are enveloped by atomized water, thereby activating the binders which when once set are net effected by repetitive or continuous contact with water. As these fibres are corded prior to leaving the Asbestospray machines, they emerge from the spray gun so as to form a most unique self adhering, monolithic coating. This insulation coating gives the appearance of a heavy seamless felt whieh fellows even the most intricate surface. USES: For insulation on all pieces of equipment, the temperature of which dees net exceed 1100F., in this category would fall boilers, breeching ducts, piping over 18" diameter, tonks, vessels and other process plant equipment toe numerous to mention.
