Present viere Dr. F.J. Tourangeau, Director of the Division, Mr. A.C. Tully and Dr. D.R. Warren. Dr. Tourangeau did not ask any other members of his department to attend the meeting. It was obvious that a good deal of Dr. Tourangeau's time is currently being spent in coordinating air pollution ^prevention work through his department and the industries in the Montreal area. It seemed that he had much more to do than his staff could accomplish, but a reasonable approach to industrial hygiene of air pollution in its widest sense would seem to be the theme in ' Quebec* The location of Dr. Tourangeau's office, the organic layout of his division, plus the fact that construction was in progress in the corridors combined to create a rather unfavourable impression.
