RESEARCH MANAGERS' LUNCHEON MEETINGS WITH GENERAL MANAGEMENT
General Management joins me in inviting you to attend certain of our R&D luncheons where products under your respon sibility are discussed. The dates and agenda for 1981 are attached.
During these luncheon meetings# one of the Research Managers will present the R&D activities and strategies for significant programs. Most of the information will be familiar ' to you and your respective organizations# although there may be some recent data or possibly additional views which go beyond current business plans or R&D programs.
The presentations and discussions are relatively informal. Prom past experience# most of the questions can be adequately covered by R&D# although General Management may have specific business-related questions which would be more appropriate for you to answer. Normally the meetings are over by Is45 PM.
We look forward to your attendance and participation at the meetings, a separate announcement for each meeting will be sent to you several days beforehand.
