According to them, the community is experiencing a delay in approving the new contract -- do you know if EAS processing is slowed down potentially while you ramp up staffing, or is it more likely this is a one-off? I know there was such a backlog on 121 approvals and other things from the Biden days so it's easy to imagine folks are still digging out. The contract for this community is up at the end of May.
