We are asking you to assist in this effort because records indicate that you may be able to provide information about a relative who worked at Owens Corning. In the near future, one of our interviewers will call you to administer an interview. The interview will be conducted by telephone and will take approximately 30 minutes. The interviewer will ask you guestions about where your relative lived, working experience in addition to Owens-Coning, health history, smoking and alcohol consumption. If the interviewer calls at a time that is not convenient, you may schedule a time for someone to call you back. Tour participation in this study is completely voluntary and information you provide will be kept strictly confidential.
