CONCLUSIONS AND PLCOfllENDATTONS
The concentrations of dust found at the time of this survey are much
lover than those found in 1930. This mey be due to the mill rot operating
to ccpscity end improvement in the housekeeping. Covering of conveyors is, no
doubt, a contributing factor also. Fhsn the ze-roles "ere tzken, the rinc'ors rer

It is recommended that efforts be made to further reduce the dust con-

centrz.tions. According to the United States Public Health Service, five million
^articles oer cubic foot may be regarded, as the maximum allorr.ble concentration
