In the case of writing the letter to you regarding the low water fuel cut off requirements in the new Boiler Law, I have been waiting to find out if it would in deed become law. Governor Love finally signed the law and we have now completed mimeographing it for general consumption. I enclose a copy. As I have said to you, it was not the intent when compiling this new law, to cause the Public Service Company or any other utility to make any alterations in the pressure control systems.
