of Medicine. The Bureau of Industrial Hygiene of the Connecticut State
Department of Health, In cooperation with Yale University School of
Medicine, Institute of Occupational Medicine aid Hygiene, announced that
as of September 7, 19*t9, additional Industrial nursing will be Incorporated
Into the basic curriculum far professional nurses at the Yale School of
Nursing, also In the Department of Public Health, and In the development
of In-service training opportunities for nurses now In Industry.

Standards Association In cooperation with Rational Safety Council, has
decided to revise for peacetime use the color code approved for wartime.
In addition to the colors recommended, there has been same demand for
i: the use of orange and blue for definite purposes, also for a violet or V purple for radiation hazards. A chart accompanies the Item, showing the
