Both high TWA's were the results of cleaning a reactor slurry transfer strainer basket. One incident took place in Bldg. 7 and the other in Bldg. 1 West. To prevent recurrence of these high TWA's, the following will be done : 1. In Bldg. 7, extend exhaust duct to #4 strainer basket vent valve. 2.
