As you will see from the attached. Dr. Kotin ' has a long and distinguished career of experience in pathology, in cancer studies, in environmental health sciences, and in federal government health organizations. Dr. Kotin has agreed to the following assignments' on our behalf: (1) He will devise a medical examination procedure which we will apply to all of our people who have had significant working time in our PVC operations. (2) He will assure the procurement of the help of appropriate skilled medical testing services at each plant site for the administration of the test procedures he prepares. (3) He will assure an appropriate interpretation of the test results obtained and the translation of those interpretations into recommended action programs wherever he feels they may be required. f (4) He will keep abreast of developments in the entire area which grow out of the efforts of othei companies' industry groups and governmental regulatory bodies, in order to assure that we have the best possible medical knowledge concerning occupational matters related to PVC production. r I personally am very pleased that Dr. Kotin has agreed to work with us on this assignment. He also is consulting with other medical experts in preparing his program.
