In particular I would be glad to get some feedback on the accuracy of this register from the people at your 1982 meeting. Will you please let me know as soon as possible the overall nature of your programme and how you would wish me to fit into it. In particular I would like to have some guidance on how long you wish me to speak and how long you wish me to devote to discussion. It is almost certain I will wish to use some visual aids such as transparencies and slides. However I have no doubt your conference room will he well equipped to deal with everything I may bring. I would also be grateful if you would give me the names of convenient hotels so that I can start to make some reservations. I have tried to check up with John Vaughan to find out if he is attending this year but he is on holiday at the present time. No doubt I will hear from him in due course.
