Before we proceed, department-level approval would be required. Given the potential overall value of the IDIQ is $600M over 10 years, I don't want to submit this request in the standard $50K approval email. Would you prefer that I set up a meeting this week to brief you, Charlie, and Katrina, or would you like me to send the approval request separately with an expanded justification?
