TWA 2 fibers/cc Ceiling _______________ X OSHA OSHA JJCC ucc Other Other COMMENTS Mr. Greenlee was monitored for exposure to asbestos fibers while stripping the insulation from an old hot water tank which measured approxi mately six feet in length and thirty inches in diameter. During the stripping operation Mr. Greenlee wore coveralls, a disposable respirator, and used a water spray to keep dust down. Plastic sheets were also placed beneath the tank to catch falling debris. Sample analysis indicates that the exposure level (0.32 fibers/cc) was below the OSHA standard of 2 fibers/cc.
