Company Ownership: Mr. Holt stated that Duluth Brass would cease all business operations in one to two weeks. Staff Interview: Upon arrival, EPA was informed that the foundry was not operating and that the facility was closing. EPA requested a brief tour of operations to confirm that the facility was not in operation. Mr. Holt informed EPA that the business was closing due to an inability to find workers.
