Patrick--As promised here is the letter we submitted in May in response to the call for "Evaluating Existing Regulations." As we mentioned in our meeting last week, we focused largely on CERCLA 108 (b) proposed rule on hardrock mining, CWA Section 404 existing regulation, and the Risk Management Program {RMP) existing rule.
Let us know if you have any questions on our submission and as Eileen said, we look forward to working with you over the coming months,
