RE: Solid Waste Profile and Analysis for Railroad Soil with PAH Contamination
Dear Mr. Westfall:
Please find enclosed a completed WV Division of Environmental Protection Solid Waste Profile for railroad soil with PAH contamination that we would like to send to your facility for disposal. Attachment A lists the results o f the analysis performed on the railroad soil. Attachment B is the information requested in Item E.
We would anticipate disposing of up to 9000 tons annually of the non-hazardous soil generated as a result o f a rail bed upgrade. The material will be generated during the summer construction season.
Please note that the analysis for APFO is preliminary and has no QA/QC. Revised pages will be sent, if necessary.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact me at (304) 863-4271.
