The Committee approved the recommendation of the Mining Committee to sell to the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company an Easement and Right of Way with Trackage, of the Baroid Division at Fountain Farm, Missouri, for approximately $23,500.00. The Committee approved and confirmed the subscription of 200,605,000 Lire ($324,381.34) for 50% of the capital stock of Baroid-Maffei S.p.A. The Committee approved the purchase for the sum of $3,010,378.47, of $2,000,000 - New York City Housing Authority 1.537* P.H.A. Notes due June 12, 1959 (d 1.507* basis $2,001,897.72 $1,000,000 - New York City Housing Authority 2.17% State Contract Notes due June 15, 1959 - @ 1.55% basis $1.008,480.75 $3,010,378.47 Upon motion, the meeting then adjourned.
