Site Overview (Past inspections, site description, permits, etc.) The Site is an approximate 20.83 acre parcel located approximately 4.1 miles northwest of Lexington, GA on the north side of Hwy 77 (Elberton Road) (see Attachment A). Antecedent precipitation was drier than normal on the date of the inspection (see Attachment B) Field Work Conducted Observations were conducted of the road crossing and photographs were taken using a GPS enabled Nikon AW120 camera. Locations of observations are included on the attached photographic log (see Attachments A and C). Closing Conference Documents Received and/or Requested During the Inspection None Compliance Assistance Provided (If any) Advised property owner to enlist the aid of an environmental consultant to develop a plan to submit to the EPA to return to compliance with the Clean Water Act. Observations Relayed to Site Owner/Operator Informed Chris Cox that I would discuss my observations with EPA managers and the case attorney and that the EPA inspection report would be released to him within 70 days of the closing conference.
