As previously agreed, the reporting forms, shipment map and reporting schedules have been colorcoded green to distinguish them from comparable documents utilized for other statistical programs. The quantity of forms sent to each committee member is shown by the number in parenthesis immediately after their name. Sufficient copies have been sent to allow reporting of all historical data plus monthly data for calendar year 1974. The allotment should be trans mitted within short order to that individual who will be accountable for developing and systematically reporting the required data. For reference/ file purposes an additional copy of the reporting documents has been attached hereto. All reporting procedures and protocols now in effect for the reporting of pressure pipe shipment data are applicable to the nonpres sure sewer pipe reporting program. In this regard, the non-domestic member companies should remember that even though no shipments of pipe are made to the United States, it is still necessary to file a report with AACPP to be eligible to receive the consolidated data. Specific details as to what data are called for and when, are spelled out on the two reporting schedules. Originally, January 31, 1974, was to have been the target date for the submission of historical data (i.e. 1968 thru 1973 shipments). Due to the delay in initiating the pro gram and based on the difficulties encountered in procuring historical pressure pipe data, it is now proposed that the-.deadline for submission of nonpressure sewer pipe historical data be March 15, 1974. Thus, approximately four months have been allotted to get the job done.
