Vol ume I contains the General Subject and Industrial Section sessions. Volume II the Public Safety, School and-College Safety, Home Safety, and Farm Safety sessions. ' The Transactions are a record of the proceedings of the Congress, condensed and edited here for> reference purposes. They axe therefore an abridged -version of'the papers and discussions. The mank. scripts, some of which-have drawing^ and charts not repi^dn^ed here, are available in the files of the National Safety Council. The National Safety Council, at its Congresses, seeks to from discussion matters which are not pertinent to the aims of the Con gress, or which are. contrary to the Council's policies. However, it can not accept responsibility for views expressed, either in the papers pre sented or in this record of them. Extra copies of Volume I may be obtained by Council at $2J>0 each.
