Slag Processing Thcility: Results of leasi with the Armel Construction Co. requires Armco to change the location of the access tracks for the Slag Processing Facility. This will result in a change for the Dicks Creek crossing. Revisions required to make this change are presently being investigated. 2. Hot Strip Mill Specifications: The memorandum specifications for the slab tongs and coil handling equipment have been submitted to Armco for approval. 3. Armco Standardization Specifications: Standard specifications were started in Chicago this week. li. BivnrHng Architectural Treatment: Various architectural studies of the exterior walls were presented to Armco. One scheme was generally approved and requested to be developed further. The scheme concept is to- provide a recessed base course approximately lU feet high at all exterior walls. This base would encompass all truck, personnel, and ven tilation doors.
