Dear Mr. Carabin: I am writing to inform you that the Compliance Assurance and Enforcement Division of Region 6, United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") inspection of the R360 Facility on February 9, 2024, included a visit to your facility at 199 Minor Cheramie Sr. Drive, Golden Meadows, LA, evaluating the potential for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA") violations. Based on the February 2024 inspections EPA has determined no further action is required.
