He spent yesterday afternoon talking with me. In the past he'd had his fingers burned on medical ethics and has mend ed his ways completely so far as surgical fee splitting is concerned. Ap parently thru advice of General Bargush. Legal Council and Board of Trustees, O.S.U. and Senator Bricker also of the Trustees, he did consult the A.M.A., the I*M**, and the A.I.H*A. before putting out his brochure. Apparently the Milher, Inc. a durairy corporation was set up much as a hospital foundation is set up in the courts, to have arplace- to put some tax exempted funds to be used for industrial medical research and for resid ents salaries which the university could not put its hands on and transfer to other channels if at the end of a year there was ary money left over* You'll understand that from your own dealings with such efforts by the University of Cincinnati. It is not a part of 0S*U., but it does pay salaries to the residents in industrial medicine and has supported some research by VonHaam in pathology and for Sbinawara and Myers in medicine Its Board of Trustees has on it O.S.U. trustees and of O.S.U.!s medical school doctor's there is one or more. Bob Young is its president. It supplies certain services, but not medicine practice to North American Aviation. The latter is under separate contract with Young personally* I think it may be tax dodge but it is also a sincere, if fumbling effort, to do some good in the university and still maintain control of the money* That's about all I know about it so far but am looking deeper.
