When materials are available for release you will be promptly notified. Such a document would of course, incorporate all pertinent information regarding toxicity, carcinogenicity, etc. which is available to the literature and. therefore, would in all likelihood contain reportable results of the animal inhalation studies conducted, and which are still being conducted, in Bulgaria (as mentioned by you). In as much as you are the Chairman of the MCA Technical Panel on Vinyl Chloride Research there should be good opportunity for you to keep us informed of any new. or relevant documents concerning vinyl chloride. In this connexion, therefore, we would appreciate receiving anything you consider appropriate. I do look forward to an interesting two years during my detail to WHO. and once I become used to the transition from the United States mores and culture to those here there should be every opportunity for self satisfaction and sense of accomplishment.
