Edison, Inc., held at Robin Hood Inn. S. E. Applegate, 19 Virginia Avenue, manager of the safety and health section, personnel department, acted as chairman. Mrs. Edna Wright of West Orange was inaugurated as president. The principal speaker wTas Sumner F. Larchar, vice president in charge of industrial relations of the Edison Company. Among others who spoke were Myhren I. Gjerde, safety engineer of the company, and John Venable, secretary to Charles Edison.
