Any contribution that we oan make would neeessarlly be very email in com parison to the total operations and it would be aore in the order of a gift than a contribution on the basis of obtaining some value for us. We have used Dr. Kehoe'e laboratory aoveral times -in the past and we certainly want to do nothing that would close the doors to us in the future for the help that as oan obtain oa speoifie problems that will arise from time to time. I got the impression from Dr. Eehoe'a Weport that although we would make a contribution, we would be expeated to pay the additional east of any speoifie probleau that we should bring to the laboratory. It is my reeoosendation that wa nake no general contribution but sake certain that we oan feel that we oan bring special problmss to Dr. Kehoe as ws have in the past with a feeling on our part that he le not necessarily doing us a spe cial favor in handling those problems but ea a straight business understanding. 1 got the impression from the report that he welcomes work of this type.
