John In accordance with our discussion yesterday afternoon In Howard Bergen's office, attached are copies of both the functional fluids and plasticizer PCB notification letters as finally agreed upon. ! The letter is to be transmitted to all' customers who buy Aroclor products or any other products which contain PCB. Each distributor who distributes these products is to t receive a sufficient number of the notification letters for transmittal to his customers of these products. j The letters are to be addressed to "Office of the President" at the "Accounts Receivable" address, which I understand is the address you have on hand. In a very large company where the "Director of Purchasing" is an individual with substantial authority, the letter can be addressed to that title. An accurate record should be kept of all addressees to which the letters are sent and of the date on which each letter was mailed.
