Dear Jim:
The three air filter samples used for sampling while
replacing brake shoes have been analyzed for asbestos.
All fibers greater than 5 ym long seen by phase contrast
microscopy at 400x were counted using the methods recommended
by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health
(NIOSH). Based on the optical counts and your sampling
data the results were:
