Although a respirator is not usually required for this job, the employee was wear ing a disposal dust mask. II. OSHA HAZARD COMMUNICATION RULE The in-plant hazard determination was completed and a list of the plant's hazardous materials sent to T. Grumbles, Houston, TX. A list of missing or inadequate material supplier material safety data sheets was compiled and preparations made for requesting new sheets. III. WEEKLY VCM DOSIMETRY REPORTING The format of the weekly VCM dosimetry summary was simplified and the report re-implemented. IV. VENTILATION MEASUREMENT The quarterly ventilation checks in the Lab and Compound areas were done. No serious deficiencies were found. Jerald V.
