Although it is impossible to prove one way or another, some of these X ray changes may have resulted from his thirty years* work as an Insulator with past heavy exposures to asbestos. There appears to be evidence of adverse effects of work environment particularly with respect to noise with hearing loss, arid possibly'with asbestos as mentioned above. It is important that an ongoing hygiene program be maintained.
