The present debagging system is a manual operation. Installation of the new equipment will convert this activity to an automatic remote operation. This project will also improve the room temperature control and air filtration capability. There is no unusual technology being applied and the project can be accomplished by the present staff. I am satisfied the the Technology Center responsibilities have been met, and recommend approval. rl SL1:6 W. R.
