I would like to introduce you to my colleague. Kelly did an EIS for doing a stream restoration project on United States Forest Service (USFS) property. This stream restoration was for meeting the permit requirements to develop a nuclear plant in South Carolina and would restore 20+ miles of stream at no cost to the USFS. Unfortunately, the nuclear plant was delayed indefinitely. The concept was approved and remains an example of a way to expand and maintain the natural resources of our park system without costing tax payer money. Regards, Nicholas M.
