Dear Mr. Wallwork: On July 9, 2020, ConocoPhillips Company ("ConocoPhillips") entered into an Administrative Compliance Order on Consent ("AOC"), Docket No. CAA-06-2020-3399, with the United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") to resolve certain alleged violations of the Texas Administrative Code, which had been adopted into the Texas State Implementation. Pursuant to the AOC, ConocoPhillips agreed to specific requirements as outlined in paragraph 31 to be completed within 180 days of the AOC Effective Date (i.e., no later than January 5, 2021). EPA has received and reviewed your final letter report, required under AOC paragraph 31, of all work completed under the AOC, dated November 9, 2020.
