Bumgardner No. 2 Inspection Date: 01/07/2020 PURPOSE OF THE INSPECTION EPA Region 6 inspector K.W. Sanborn visited the Pressure Pumping Services, LLC oil and gas facility located near Blackwell, Oklahoma on 01/07/2020 for an unannounced inspection. There were no representatives of Pressure Pumping Services, LLC present for the inspection. The inspection was conducted by authority of the Clean Water Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act to determine compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. FACILITY DESCRIPTION This facility is known as the G. Bumgardner No. 2. Section II - OBSERVATIONS I observed fluids were in the secondary containment pit and were about 2 feet or less in depth. I observed there was a small amount of oil inside the berms at the facility. The injection well was operational during the inspection. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN There were fluids and oil observed inside the secondary containment during the inspection.
