A new meeting date is tentatively set for January 20, 1982. In the interim I would appreciate a reaction (by phone or memorandum) to the present situation. There is also a new proposal to be considered that would split the present study into two parts corresponding to Phase I and Phase II of the present EHA study proposal. A separate contract agreement would be drawn up for each phase. The work product at the end of the first study would include: 1-) updated study tapes, and 2) hard-copy summary of data on the tapes and an indication of the completeness of records. EHA would then develop a proto col for the second study and submit a bid for completion. At this point we would have the option of taking the study proto col to another contractor or continuing with EHA. I look forward to hearing from you on this matter. Sincerely, Carol R.
