If all goes well, he'll be in the air soon, but won't land until 5pm. Does the Administrator have any flexibility if we head straight for the EPA upon arrival, or do we need to look at other options? On the logistical side, we will have a Virginia State Police officer driving us, but I've told him that we don't need him to accompany us in the building. However, would it be possible to have a space for him to park while he waits for us? Could you let me know the best place to enter, etc? Thanks! The Governor is meeting with Secretary Perry at 10am, and then with the Attorney General was shifted to 11:15, so it makes it pretty difficult. The Governor would be available in the morning as well - could accommodate a breakfast meeting or anything up to a 9am meeting. We could also try to do a late meeting on the 25th, he lands at 330pm, so we could try to make a 5p or 6p meeting work, too. Appreciate anything you can do to help make this work! Copying Troy, who I discussed this with earlier today as well.
