Docket No. L-20509-86 Dear Judge Rumana: I am in receipt of Mr. Princiotto's letter of January 30, 1987 setting forth additional objections to the form of Order which I submitted to Your Honor under cover of my letter of January 16, 1987, and which resulted from the applications heard before Your Honor on December 19, 1986. As I have advised Your Honor's chambers through your law clerk, I object to the form of Order submitted to Your Honor by Mr. Princiotto by his letter of January 30, 1987. The argument raised by Mr. Princiotto in his correspondence was also set forth in his moving papers and in his oral argument before Your Honor. Your Honor rejected his argument, and directed that the authorization submitted in June, 1986 be executed. We agreed to observe the notice provisions of Stempler v. Speidel, 100 NJ 368(1985), and the Order which I submitted to Your Honor so reflects. In addition, I object to those portions of the Order submitted by Mr. Princiotto which concern more specific answers to interrogatories. I had agreed, in response to the objections TOMPKINS. Rumana February 9, 1987 Page 2. raised by Mr. Princiotto in his letter of January 23, 1987 to submit a revised Order reflecting his objections to the paragraphs regarding more specific answers to interrogatories, although his objections were inconsistent with my notes and my recollection of the agreement reached. I note that the new Order submitted by Mr. Princiotto with his letter of January 30, 1987 does not accurately reflect the status of the interrogatory issue, as it deletes those questions to which he objected from the paragraph requiring answers, but it does not include those questions in the paragraph reserving the right to seek more specific answers in the course of case management. This omission has been corrected in the Order submitted herewith. Only paragraphs 4 and 5 have been revised, to reflect the objection raised by Mr. Princiotto in his letter of January 23, 1987. The balance of the Order is identical to that submitted by me to Your Honor under cover of my letter of January 16, 1987. Should Your Honor wish to review the transcript of the argument of this matter, I will make arrangements to secure same. Should an appearance before Your Honor be necessary in order to resolve this issue, I will be available at Your Honor's convenience. X thank Your Honor for your attention to this matter.
