According to Mr. Long's Bulletin 50, May 20, 1972, all Glidden Industrial products must comply with PDA Regulations by September 30, 1972.
The products sold last year in each territory at Central Region have been reviewed by the respective salesmen and a report made of the specific end use.
Some end use categories wore obviously not under regulation by the FDA and coul contain lead pigments. Whore there was any reason for doubt we have asked our IiOgal Department for an opinion.
They have given us the following items in which lead will be permitted:
